Mr. Pascal Garcia, Director and Co-Founder of ATI YACHTS, built his career between the United States and Paris as a business professional before pursuing his passion. With over 20 years of international experience in business development, he realized his ambition in 2008 by launching this company. Drawing on expertise gained in these major cities, Pascal fully committed himself to the yachting industry, shaping ATI YACHTS with dedication into a cornerstone of the sector.
As President of ATI YACHTS and Director of the Maintenance Department, Cyril began his career in yachting as a crew member aboard superyachts before co-founding ATI Yachts with Pascal. His in-depth understanding of the yachting world enables him to meet clients' needs efficiently and satisfactorily. Cyril is also responsible for yacht management and supports owners' representatives throughout this process.
Nicolas, a passionate sailor and maritime enthusiast, brings 15 years of expertise in the yachting industry, specializing in charter and sales. His approach is distinguished by a deep understanding and personalized attention to his clients' needs, assisting them in both their sea voyages and acquisition projects. Nicolas is particularly valued for his ability to provide insightful advice.
Marie, who holds a Master’s degree in marketing, joined ATI Yachts’ charter team six years ago. Her strong experience and expertise in charter and cruise contracts are a testament to her skill. Proactive and driven by a desire to provide the best advice to her clients, she also offers valuable support to captains and owners to ensure a successful season. As an active member of YPY Monaco, Marie stays consistently updated on regulatory changes and trends in charter contracts.
Marc began his career in the luxury sector at 17. With 22 years of experience as a master caddy and head concierge at the Cannes Mougins golf course, he then transitioned to yachting as an independent charter broker. In parallel, he worked in chartering and sales within the business aviation industry. Formerly a sales broker for Pershing, Marc also contributed to launching the BMW dealership in Monaco for a year and a half before returning to yachting. He joined Sanlorenzo as a sales broker, a position he held for four years.
Lou began her professional journey in luxury real estate marketing, where she developed key skills in the field. Driven by an interest in the maritime world, she took a position at Yachting Partners International, opening the door to a career in the yachting industry. Lou holds a degree in digital strategy, analytics, and entrepreneurship, which has enabled her to play a significant role in the industry.
